Eurofactor Germany is one of the "Client Champions 2008"

Subsidiary of the Crédit Agricole Group ranks among the top 50 most customer-friendly companies in Germany.

According to a survey conducted by the German Institute for Quality Eurofactor AG ranks among the 50 most customer-friendly companies in Germany.

Companies of different sizes and from different industries entered the contest which had been initiated by the German Institute for Quality, the market research company forum and the business magazine "impulse". Each participating company was surveyed about its quality of customer relationship management and 100 of its clients were additionally interviewed on this topic. In this contest, Eurofactor AG could stand out regarding the criteria customer-friendliness, promptness of decision processes, respectability, responsibility, fairness and reliability.

"The real client champions are those companies which offer to their customers a distinctive identity and an emotional identification" said Wolfgang Kaerkes, Executive Member of the Management Board of the German Institute for Quality e.V.
