Receivables verification and data storage
- You give Eurofactor a mandate as a backup service, within the framework of a service contract.
- First we verify and evaluate the risks in your receivables portfolio regarding invoice verification, dunning, reconciliation with bookkeeping, set-off rights and counter claims, bad debts, and the worst-case chances of collection.
- We store sensitive accounts receivables data for you in accordance with data protection requirements under our "data trustee function".
Preparation for collection
You can activate our backup services for receivables collection at any time once the following steps have been completed:
- We receive timely debtor and receivables data from you based on an agreed data exchange format.
- We regularly test the automatic data transfer of all open items on the Eurofactor backup database.
Quick collection and reporting
- We open all debtor accounts on our backup database.
- We automatically transfer data for all of your outstanding receivables.
- We notify the debtors to pay the outstanding amounts to a trust account as per your instructions.
- We also collect receivables all over the world.
- Via EOL, you have daily, current access to your debtor accounts
